During your first telephone call or visit, we will establish facts about your entertaining style, preference in types of food, and the overall mood you wish to create by gathering basic information. Our menus are designed to make it easy and convenient for you to plan for all of your catering needs. Here you will find a brief sampling of the types of foods which are available, and should give you a taste for some of our chef's specialties. Please keep in mind we generally prepare any type of food you desire so if you don't see it on our menu, please ask. We are proud of the fine quality cuisine which we prepare for each occasion and our courteous, professional staff. Their willingness to go the extra mile in making every event successful and memorable has won the praise of our customers since our business began in 1979. Menu prices are on high quality plastic ware and paper at no extra charge. if you prefer china and linen, however, please add $3.50 per person and .40 each for stemware All prices subject to 18% gratuity and 9% NH meals tax. Revised Menu 2.11.08 About the Castle: Perhaps the most famous tourist site in Germany: Neuschwanstein Castle. It is a 19th Century mock castle, built by Mad King Ludwig of Bavaria to fulfil his dreams of mediaeval romance. Building this and other extravagant castles, and being patron to Wagner, was expensive, and finally Bavaria tired of its fairytale King. He was found drowned in the Starnberger See, together with his physician: suicide, assassination or accident? |
